Copenhagen, by all means, is a Danish city to the core; meaning that its people and the city itself follow very specific rules and lifestyle. Great architecture all around, enough bicycles to fill a football field and a particularly vivid street art scene, all make the Danish capital truly unique.
The capital’s Street Art culture though is actually best represented by a really controversial part of the city, the Freetown of Christiania. Despite having a strong reputation for drug sales and police raids, Christiania is literally filled with Street Art. Ranging from graffiti drawings to live music events and street food, the city’s “naughty child” is a gem for those who appreciate its true nature.
